He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Smitty" Rayford and Beulah "Boots" Mae Self Smith; and his brother Tommy Smith. He is survived by: his children, Josh Smith (Jamie), Caitlin Brooks (Don) and Isabella Rowell (Christian); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Smith, Moses Rowell, Elissa Blanton (Chase), Brittany Self, Regan Smith and Billie Brooks; his great grandchild Ira Blanton; and his brother Mike Smith (Jackie). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lemley Funeral Home. A memorial service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
