He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Loderick Rooks and Lucille Pritchett Rooks of Virginia; and his brother Cecil David Rooks. He is survived by: his wife Christine Campbell Rooks; his daughters, Renee Bergstue (Gordon) of Huntsville and Angela Courter (Steve) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Brock Bergstue, Grant Bergstue (Mary Jo) and Lauren Brown (Matthew); and his great grandchild Abraham Rooks Bergstue.
