She is survived by: her son Farris Bowen, Jr.; her grandchildren, Evan McCollum, Destinie Hawkins and Merri Bowen; her siblings, Steve McCurdy, Jean Bailey and Gary; her sister-in-law Eunice Kell; her brother Clyde; and her sister-in-law Glenda Bowen.
