She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jackson "Cleve" Lovette and Elma Bullock Lovette; her husband O. C. Hardin; her son Christopher "Heath" Hardin; and her siblings, Audrey Faye Lovette Baughman, Lela Voncille Lovette Walters and James Franklin "Frank" Lovette.

She is survived by: her son Cary Hardin (Melissa); her granddaughter Olivia Catherine Hardin; and her siblings, Ella Wease Lovette Gates and Pat Garland Lovette (Betty). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Etowah County Humane Society.
