He is survived by: his wife Karen Manley; his children, Amy Shelton (Charles) and April Fendley (Terry); and his grandchildren, Alexandria, Kimberly, Jestyn, Charlie Shelton, Blakeley, Jacob and Kamryn Fendley. He is also survived by siblings, Carol Faith Manley and James A. (Kathryn) Manley; a host of nieces and nephews.
