Though Gail may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gail touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Kohser; and her granddaughter Megan Startley. She is survived by: her children, Dena Sartain (Jay), Dawna Butts (Steve) and Randy Kohser (Renee). She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ridout's Trussville Chapel (1500 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
