He is survived by: his father Carroll; his sister Judy Gayle Sullivan; his grandparents, Arthur Sullivan, Lillian Sullivan, Robert Cheshire and Luella Cheshire; his friends, Tommy McMath and Steve Morrison; his mother Erin; his siblings, Cathy McGettigan (Tom) and Eric Sullivan (Kay); his sons, Sam Miller and Jared Stewart; and his stepdaughter Holly Tuggle. He is also survived by 2 grandsons; special friends and caregivers Deb and "Hot Rod" Coffey; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
