She is survived by: her husband Gaylon Sims; her children, Steve Sims (Catrina) and Miranda Mauldin (Brandon); her grandsons, Jake Mauldin and Garrett Sims; her brothers, Jerry Harris (Katie), Leon Harris and Gary Harris (Teresa); and her sister-in-law Lillian Harris. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
