He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Foster; his daughters, Charmon Miles (Brian) and Cary Smith (Jamie); his grandchildren, Corey Miles, Summer Turner (Hunter), Nathan Thackston and Pyper Castro; his great grandchild Harper Turner; his mother Jeritha Foster; and his siblings, Fred Foster (Barbara), Carol Mulligan, Bobby Foster (Ronnie), Warren Foster (Margaret), Dan Foster (Janice) and Teresa Foster-Green.
