He is survived by: his wife Ann Philips Swearingen of Attalla, AL.; his children, Suzanne Patrick (Bob) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Burke Swearingen (Joan) of Birmingham, AL. and Cynthia Moss (Scott) of Birmingham, AL.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Levine (Abel) of Daphne, AL, Lisa Fuller (Anthony), Melisa Hamilton (James) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Ben Swearingen of Birmingham, Hannah Swearingen of Birmingham, Eli Moss of Birmingham and Ethan Moss of Birmingham; and his great grandchild Conrad Fuller of Fort Walton Beach, FL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
