He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Boutwell; his children, Brent Boutwell (Felissa), Jennifer Champion (Jeff) and Meredith Yarbrough (Charles); his siblings, Adrian Boutwell and Nancy Haskew; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Hannah, Mallory, Cy, Lydia, Ellie, Summer and Eli.
