He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Vance Forrester and Connie Pursewell Forrester; his wife Helen Trawick Forrester; his stepson James Ghaffari; his siblings, Inez Summers, John Forrester and Horace Forrester; his daughters, Charlotte Forrester of Pinckard and Brenda Forrester Hamm of Pinckard; his daughter-in-law Janie Ghaffari Dunn of Chattanooga, TN; his grandchildren, Amanda Floyd (Adam), Chris Breeden (Courtney), Brad Breeden, Parker Ghaffari, Cade Ghaffari, Summer Ghaffari, Jessica Ghaffari and Sam Mills; his great grandchildren, Alaynah Floyd, Ashlynn Floyd, Aaron Floyd and Christoopher Breeden; and the mother of his children Barbara Moore. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
