He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Bowling and Frances Bowling. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bowling; his children, Amy Adler (David), Melissa Milligan (Greg) and Garet Bowling Jr. (Idania); and his siblings, Steve Wiltsie (Jane), Shirley Hearn (Bob), Sharon Wilcher and Karen Figlar (Dan). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
