She is survived by: her husband James Richard Chapman of Pinckard; her daughters, Kimberly (Donnie Turner) and Lynda (Jerry Fulford); her sisters, Madge Alley of Wicksburg and Ann Trice of Dothan; and her grandchildren, Chris Hartzog, Natalie West, Paige Culp, Heather Prickett, Stephanie Jackson and Ashley Gordon.
