She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Wesley, Mary Eldridge Enfinger, Mack and Della Ann Hall Cook; and her stepgrandmother Blondell McKee German Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Summer Rosales of Dothan and Jacob Golden of Dothan; her parents, Wayne Cook and Nancy Enfinger Cook; her brothers, Robert Cook (Tammy) and Timothy Cook (Brittany); her nephew Michael Cook; and her friend David Golden. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and friends.
