He was predeceased by: his parents, A. W. Lowman and Addie Jo Lowman; his wife Mildred Lowman; his children, Donald Lowman and Selena Lowman; and his siblings, William Clay Lowman and Janice Spray.
He is survived by: his son Billy Lowman (Julie); his grandchildren, Joshua Lowman (Jessica), Nicole Higgins (Landon) and Jesse Lowman (Sharon); his siblings, Geneal Pearson (Raymond), Royce Lee Lowman, Bobby Glen Lowman (Cindy) and Randal Lowman (Pat); and his sister-in-law Gail Lowman. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
