She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Minton, Mitchell Fortenberry (Greta), Paula Thompson and Kelly Heard Perry (Barry); and her siblings, Sara Beatrice Poole, Katherine Woodruff, Thomas Jefferson Smith, Vivian Marie McGatha, Deborah Ann Ray and Donald Ray Wallace. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
