He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Gibbs and Helen Gibbs; and his brothers, Daniel Arthur Gibbs and Stephen Frank Gibbs. He is survived by: his brothers, Eugene Gibbs of Piedmont and William Gibbs (Tammy) of Piedmont; his nephews, Wesley Gibbs, Jonathan Gibbs, Joseph Gibbs and Stephen Gibbs (Denise); his niece Tabatha Holmes; his great-niece Angelina Jade Gibbs; and his great-nephew Dakota Gibbs.
