He is survived by: his significant other Jane Beaird Fagan of Piedmont; his children, Phillip Hulsey Fagan, Jr. (Danelle) of Weaver and Amanda Gail Fagan Windsor (Paxton) of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Hunter Colt Fagan, Corey Hill, Alita Hill, Shawn Hill, Courtney Elizabeth Walker and Marley Rhianna Walker; his mother Peggy Teal of Piedmont; and his siblings, Connie Downey (Larry) of Piedmont, Mary Lee Flinkea (Brian) of Texas, Judy Ann Walton (Kirk) of Texas, Tammy Jo Edwards of Texas, Earl Fagan (Cheryl) of Pell City, George Fagan (Freda) of Piedmont and Eddie Teal of Piedmont.
