She was predeceased by: her daughter Nevaeh Chastain; her stepfather Steven Klein; and her grandparents, Roy and Margie Self. She is survived by: her husband Johnny; her son Dyllian Freeman; her parent Wanda Sue Klein; and her siblings, Margie Lucas and Reid Klein. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
