It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jo King of Piedmont, Alabama, who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde E. King; her parents, Austin Patterson and Helen Patterson; and her brother Bill Patterson. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Alice King Higgins and Kelly Leann Roberts; her siblings, Paula Faye Mason (Walter), Johnny Patterson (Pat) and Morris Douglas Patterson (Theresa); her granddaughters, Jenny Waldrop and Jessica Waldrop; her great grandchildren, Jaelynn King, Brylee Waldrop, Chance King, Breyden Mosely and Kenneth Mosley; and her friend Marlene Davis.
