She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Clyde Davis and Mary Edd Diffee; her husband Francis "Billy" Burns; and her brothers, Randall Davis and Eddie Diffee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Tex (Roy) of Montana and Pam Bruner of Hoover; her granddaughters, Anna Leigh Bruner and Haley Bruner; her stepmother Frances Davis; her siblings, Mike Davis (Barbara), Steve Davis, Ricky Davis (Kay), Pat Lawler (Terry), Julia Grissom (Ken) and Kelle Cash; and her cousin Frankie Jean Knight. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Carmel Church, P.O. Box 61, Spring Garden, AL 36275, Spring Garden Volunteer Fire Department, 4635 Co Rd 8, Piedmont, AL 36272, or to a charity of choice.
