She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Minton and Dessie Holland Minton Pettyjohn; her stepfather Richard "Dick" Pettyjohn; her brother Jerry L. Minton; her husband Melvin T. Lorren; and her sister Sandra Pettyjohn Julias.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennie Lorren Brown; her son-in-law Joey Brown; her grandchildren, Kayla Jordan Brown and Korey Tristan Brown; her brothers, George "Dickie" Pettyjohn (Barbara) and Bobby Pettyjohn; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Daniel Minton and Lillian Juanita Lorren Howard; and her uncle Robert Holland (Laquita). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Due to the Covid pandemic, a graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 20th at Highland Cemetery in Piedmont Alabama, at 1:00 PM Central Time, (2:00 PM Eastern Time).
