He was predeceased by: his son Dylan Holder; his parents, Vester Holder and Vanda Holder; and his pet Spanky. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Miller of Piedmont; his son Andy Holder of Piedmont; his sisters, Becky Chandler (Brent) of Piedmont and Shannon Stuart (Jim) of Connecticut; his niece Addy Cummings; and his nephews, Mason Cummings and Evan Chandler. He is also survived by his family and friends.
