He is survived by: his parents, Keith Surrett and Terry Surrett of Piedmont; his siblings, April Surrett McMurray (Jody) of Piedmont and Chad Surrett of Piedmont; his children, Serenity Surrett and Jasper Surrett; his nephews, Koltan McMurray (Riley) and Skyler Surrett; his niece Autumn McMurray; his grandparents, Brenda, Willard Bright, Wilma Andrews and Gracie Surrett; and his great-grandparent Inez Weaver. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
