She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Fortenberry and Doris Juanita Parris Fortenberry; her brother Colvin Fortenberry; and her son Justin Kent Fondren. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Phillips, Norris Fortenberry (Barbara), Randall Fortenberry (Sheryl), Frankie Fortenberry (Lee Anne) and Keith "Tick" Fortenberry (Misty); and her son Joshua Blake Fondren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
