He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Law and Ottis Law; and his siblings, Rev. Kenneth Law and Alice Gribble. He is survived by: his son Shane Law of Piedmont; his grandson Rogan Law; his siblings, Elaine Roberts (Ray) of Jacksonville, Donna Murphy (Greg) of Anniston, Melba Russell (Rocky) of Weaver and Phillip Law (Allison) of Piedmont; the mother of his child Connie Downey; and his close friends, Gus Coogler, David Parker and Roger Young.
The family request no flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Joel to the Salvation Army, 114 North 11th Street, Gadsden AL 35901.
