She is survived by: her mother Jewel Evelyn Phillips; her brothers, William Higgins, Edward Higgins (Sheila) and Travis Higgins; her children, Andrea Jewel Higgins, Scotty Loyd and Andrew Yates; and her grandchild Emmerly Loyd. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
