She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas O. Smith and Mary Jane Smith (Buse); and her sisters, Dorothy Bryant and Ann Turner. She is survived by: her son Roger Mouchka (Nicole); her stepchildren, Donna McBride (Jimmy) and Mike Thrasher; her grandchildren, Micah Mouchka, Scout Harris (Hunter), Daniel Hughes (Colonie), Brandy McDaniel, Dustin Thrasher, Zachary Thrasher, Emily McBride (Brantley) and Christopher McBride; her great grandchildren, Dalton Hughes, Faith Hughes, Travis Harris, William Cambell, Caden McDaniel, Tybias Eubanks, Ashlyn Thrasher, Trenton Thrasher and Noah Thrasher; and her sisters, Jo Trantham and Loretta Harmon of Jacksonville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
