He was predeceased by: his parents, T. G. Parker and Annie Ruth Parker. He is survived by: his wife Debi Parker of Piedmont; his daughter Stacy Rodriguez (Roland) of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Isaiah Rodriguez and Maleah Rodriguez; and his close friend Cathy Posey of Piedmont.
