He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Jean Burns; his parents, Henry Burns and Sarah Burns; and his siblings, Blanche Warren, Maylene Headrick, Hazel Coppock, Carl David Burns and Marshall Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Burns; his daughter Gayle Williamson (Nick); his grandson Jason Williamson (Melinda); his great grandchild Katelyn Williamson; and his great great grandchild Gracelynn. He is also survived by three step children and several nieces and nephews.
