He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Margorie Maddox, George and Beulah Buttram. He is survived by: his wife Misty Maddox; his daughters, Heather Bobbitt (Timmy), Lacy Watts, Brittany Murphy and Allison O'Dell (Trint); his parents, Kenneth Maddox and Patricia Maddox; his brother Jonathan Maddox (Nancy); his grandchildren, Aiden Bobbitt, Brandt Bobbitt, Kaydynce Kernochan, Ruger Mize, Dax Grogan and Daesyn Watts; his nephew Marshall Maddox; his son David Williams; and his close friends, Jerry, Haney, Michael Eubanks and James Hehn.
