As we bid adieu to Betty Jean's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Betty Jean has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Raymond Young; her parents, Earnest Maddox and Bessie Maddox; and her sister Willie Matthews. She is survived by: her daughter Mona Young Clark of Piedmont; her grandson Aidan Clark of Piedmont; and her siblings, Syble Davis (Ed) of Piedmont, Christine McFry (Stanley) of Piedmont, Merita Simmons (Roger) of Talladega and Randall Maddox (Mary) of Piedmont. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
