She was predeceased by: her son Jimmy Turk; her mother Louise Moore; and her siblings, Horace, Michael Moore and Wilma Barnwell.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Turk; and her siblings, Alice Thrasher, Polly Bailey, Tony Moore and T. L. Moore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
