With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alton David Maddox of Piedmont, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Maddox and Francies Maddox; his siblings, Annie Maddox, Shelia Shields, Terry Maddox and John "Bunk" Maddox; and his nephew Jimmy Bonner.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Maddox of Piedmont; his children, Terry DeWayne Maddox of Piedmont, Chasity Wilkie, Faye Roland and Tommy Roland; his grandchildren, Tanner Wilkie and Aubrey Schoenfeld (Garrett); his great grandchildren, Braxton Schoenfeld, Waylon Schoenfeld and Raeleigh Schoenfeld; and his siblings, Wanda Maddox, Linda King, Kathy Maddox and Ronnie Maddox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
