He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Peppers and Prentis Lee Peppers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Peppers; his son Heath Peppers; and his siblings, Bonnie Crown (Bobby), Gary Don Peppers (Christine) and Rick Peppers (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family; and friends.
