It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella Mae Horton Kimbrough of Phil Campbell, Alabama, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard J. Kimbrough; her parents, William Ira and Lillie Smith Horton; her son-in-law Tim Reed; her sister Irra Dell Horton Pinkard; her brother-in-law Elick Loyd Pinkard; her brother William Clay Horton; and her sister-in-law Mary Webb Horton.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Kimbrough (Laura), Hamilton, Fay Kimbrough Gaston (Mike), Joy Kimbrough Reed, Phil Campbell and Mark Kimbrough (Lorri); her stepdaughter Opal Dillard (Hoyt); her grandchildren, Andrew Reed (Allie), Caitlin Reed Maijala (Scott), Phillip Kimbrough (Samantha), Patric Kimbrough, Anna Beth Kimbrough Chandler (Walker), Meagan Gaston Bragwell (Andrew), Molly Gaston Tortorici (Daniel) and Ashley Kimbrough (Jonathan Chaney); her stepgranddaughter Cindy Dillard Bailey (Chris); her great grandchildren, Stella Jane Kimbrough, Easton Kimbrough, Adeliza Maijala and Gwendolyn Reed; her niece Sandra Horton Brown (Archie); and her nephew Butch Horton (Michele).
