He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Thorn and Estelle Thorn (Jones); and his grandparents, Joe, Willie Jones, Charlie and Myrtle Thorn.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Glenda Thorn; his children, Roger Anthony Thorn, Jr. (Daisy), Joe Thorn (Alicia) and Melanie Brady; his grandchildren, Noah Brady, Kaytlynn Brady, Emmy Thorn, Logan Thorn, Declan Thorn and Charlee Thorn; his brother Jimmy Thorn (Sue); his niece Shonda Jean; and his great-niece Kaylee Jean.
