He was predeceased by: his wife Cavylene Hawkins; his grandson Rusty Hawkins; his great grandchild John Waylon Marcum; his parents, Sydney Hawkins and Dora Hawkins (Thompson); and his siblings, James Hawkins, Norman Hawkins, Hershel Hawkins, Verlin Hawkins, Ronnie Hawkins, Martha Hallman and Rachel Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Hawkins, Myra Seeber, Deina Hawkins, Robin Hawkins, Norman Hawkins, David Keller, Tammy Keller, Angie Keller and Sheila Johnson; and his sister Barbara Hawkins Heisler-Vos. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
