He was predeceased by: his father Luther Claude "Billy" Quinn; and his brother Steven Lacey Quinn. He is survived by: his daughters, Shae Mansell (Joe) and Christy Hester; his grandchildren, Connor Mansell, Caleb Mansell (Jennifer), Sarah Mansell, Christlin Hester Koltin Hester and Katelin Hester; his great grandchild Ava Marie Mansell; his mother Mary Elizabeth Quinn; and his sister Wanda Elizabeth Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
