It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norene Bankston Raper (Phil Campbell, Alabama), who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Lloyd Raper; her daughter Sherry Dianne Raper; her parents, Henry Bankston and Easter Bankston (Edgar); her siblings, Clevis Bankston, Ruby McDuffy, Florene Raper and Bitha Bankston; and her son-in-law John Fortner.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Raper Fortner and Tommy Raper (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Derick Wayne Quillen, Jennifer Wallace Davis, Amy Raper Bastidas, Ashley Raper Williford and Cody Levi Raper; and her great grandchildren, Heather Brooke Willis, Kayla Nicole Quillen, Kaden Davis, Karleigh Davis, Grant Williford, Reid Williford, Allyson Bastidas and Alex Bastidas. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
