She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Gene Moss; her parents, Gert Wynn and Mamye Hutcheson Wynn; and her sister Dula Rae Kiser. She is survived by: her children, Bart Moss (Amy), Wendy Rushing (Kyle) and Theresa Garrard (Jon); her siblings, Gathel Wynn (Bonnie) and Robbie Wise (Dewey); and her grandchildren, Mallory Rushing, Hayden Moss, Jackson Garrard, Lilly Rae Rushing, Luke Garrard and Ragan Moss. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
