He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ashton; his children, Brandy Bullock, Jimmy Knox (Mandy), Timothy Ashton (Raven) and Michael Ashton, Jr.; his siblings, Gregory Ashton and Sharon Fries (David); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Megan, Seth, Brooklyn, Maci, Abigail, Colton, Priscella, Taylynn, Kallie, Zoie and Hadley; and his great grandchildren, Brentlee and Oliviah.
