She is survived by: her husband David Welch; her sons, Dewayne Lolley (Dana) and Nathaniel Dewayne Welch (Katie); her grandchildren, Atlas Dewayne Welch, Aeva Welch and Axl Welch; and her in-law Eda Joy Kuykendall (Franklin).
