He is survived by: his wife Charlie Berryhill; his children, Shunda Hester, Sandy Lawler, Mandy Smith (Jeff McGee) and Stacy Priest; his grandchildren, Kalen Smith, Braxton Gilbert, Triston Smith, Tyler Hester, Chase Wright, Hunter Haithcoat, MiKayla Hester, Gracie Smith and Enoch McGee; his great grandchild Trayson Atkins; and his sister Sarah Isbell of Ann Baskins. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew; and a host of friends.
