With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Ray Smith of Phil Campbell, Alabama, who passed away on August 18, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, J. P. Smith and Mildred Vickery Smith; and his siblings, Tim Smith, Vernell Hogan and Larry Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith; and his children, Darryl Smith (Rita), Wendy Smith, Jeff Rice (Consuela) and Leisa Williams. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

The family request that you observe social distancing and wear face mask at the service.
