It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Marlene Franklin of Phil Campbell, Alabama, born in Bear Creek, Alabama, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Melony Anne Phillips; and her parents, J. V. Tidwell and Grace Louemma Tidwell. She is survived by: her husband John Franklin.
