He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Crumpton and Autrilla Crumpton; and his brother Dwight Crumpton. He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Crumpton, Mary Patt (Jim), Fritz Crumpton, Keith Crumpton (Paula) and Kevin Crumpton (Denauria); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Patt, Lori Patt, Kelly Crumpton, Isaac Crumpton and Chase Crumpton.
