She was predeceased by: her parents, James Setliff and Bertha Setliff; and her grandson Christopher Polus. She is survived by: her husband Larry Widener; her children, David Polus, James Polus and Debby Hage; her grandchildren, Amy McCarley, Sherry Defoor, Fred Hage and Devin Crews; and her great grandchildren, Audrianna McCarley and Lilyanna McCarley.
