With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Hugh Palmer (Phil Campbell, Alabama), who passed away on May 17, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Carl Palmer and Nancy Emma Conway Palmer; and his siblings, Billy Wayne and Earline Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Renay Melton Palmer; his children, Donna Palmer Cooper, Hugh Dale Palmer, David Carl Palmer, Sherrie Ennis and Steve Jones; and his siblings, Pauline Stidham of Doris Cochran and Tommy Palmer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
